According to national requirements, during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangsu's steel and coal industry aims to resolve excess capacity: 17.5 million tons of steel (crude steel) excess capacity and 8.36 million tons of coal production capacity; among them, the reduction of steel (crude steel) production capacity will be 8.36 million tons in 2016. (1 million tons) and (Jiangyin) Xicheng Sanlian Holding Group (2 million tons).
